"Great experience from the Glamping Group at the Stormin the Castle bike rally. Bell tent was spotless, beds were so comfy and it had everything we had asked for. The communication from the guys was great from start to finish and even knew how to contact them if we had any problems during our stay. Top class company would highly recommend and definitely use again."

"We have been bringing our own camping equipment from Canada to the UK to attend Krankenhaus Festival for the past 4 years. The offer of a glamping tent, already set up and waiting, was impossible to resist. We loved it. The tent was so spacious, and the air mattress so comfy and dry, they made a fabulous weekend even better! The staff was also super responsive. I'm hoping we can rent one next year too!"

"We booked the large Bell tent for krankenhaus 2026 and it was huge!! Max and the crew were really friendly and helpful, we had a couple of requests which they were happy to help us with, and their communication was great. The tents were big and comfortable and it was so nice to not have to take a tent down at the end of the festival!"

We pitch bell tents at rallies, festivals, weddings and private events, including Stormin' the Castle in September 2026.

Common questions

  • Do I still need a Farmyard Party ticket? +

Glamping is separate from rally entry. Buy your wristband from mapevents.co.uk or www.farmyardparty.com. Thursday arrival requires a Thursday ticket as well as the weekend wristband.

  • Which nights does glamping cover? +

Thursday 17, Friday 18 and Saturday 19 June 2027: three nights. Arrive from 3pm Thursday; check out by 11am Sunday 20 June. Thursday arrivals need the organiser’s Thursday ticket plus a weekend wristband.

  • What should I bring? +

Bring your rally ticket, clothes, a warm layer, a torch and a power bank. Bring a bed, bedding and towels if you haven't added them to your booking.

  • How many fit in a tent? +

Up to 4 in a 5m bell tent, up to 6 in the 7m XL. Smaller groups can choose XL for extra room too. The price is per tent, not per person; four sharing an Essentials works out around £63 each before beds. The price covers all three nights: Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

  • Can I pay a deposit? +

Yes. £75 per tent, non-refundable. The balance is due by 15 February 2027. We email you a payment link and reminders; we never charge a saved card.

  • Why is the balance due 15 February, but unpaid bookings cancelled on 1 May? +

The gap is deliberate. 15 February is when your balance is due. If you miss it, you can still pay late, and we'll send a final reminder a week before 1 May. If the balance is still unpaid on 1 May 2027, we cancel the booking, keep the £75 deposit and release the tent to someone else.

Show all 14 questions
  • What if I can't make it? +

The £75 deposit is non-refundable. Once a deposit-plan booking is paid in full, it is non-refundable but you can pass the tent to a friend: email hello@theglampinggroup.com with their name. Bookings paid in full initially follow the standard cancellation terms at /booking-terms/.

  • Real bed or airbed? +

Both are options. A memory foam mattress on a raised frame is £48 a person, plus £22 for bedding made up before you arrive. An airbed is £6. Every tent also has a spare airbed and pump in it as standard, whichever you pick.

  • Can we camp next to our mates or our club? +

Tell us who you'd like to be near when you book. We'll do our best to put you together. Booking around the same time helps.

  • Is there power? +

No. There are no electric hook-ups anywhere at the Farmyard Party. Each tent has a battery camping light. Bring a power bank.

  • Can I have a campfire? +

Unfortunately not in the glamping area, as it is situated in the no fires field.

  • What if I need to change something after I've booked? +

Your confirmation email has a link to manage your booking. Use it to add beds, bedding or towels, or swap like for like, up to 7 days before Thursday 17 June. On the deposit plan, pay your balance there first. Lost the email? Enter your email at book.theglampinggroup.com/manage/ and we'll send a fresh link. For anything else, email hello@theglampinggroup.com or call 07564 024752.

  • Who's on site, and what if something goes wrong? +

We are. The Glamping Group team is on site from Thursday to Saturday, with check-in and support hours agreed with MAP Events. We'll email your check-in times and our on-site contact number before you arrive. Every tent also has a spare airbed and pump. Before the event, call 07564 024752 or email hello@theglampinggroup.com.

  • When do bookings close? +

Bookings close Monday 7 June 2027, 10 days before Thursday’s first arrival. After the deposit balance deadline, new bookings are paid in full.
