Are beds, bedding and towels included? +
No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: single airbed £15, double airbed £20, memory foam single mattress £30, bed frame £15, bedding set £20 per bed (double £40, king £50), towel pack £15 per person. Pick only what you want, or bring your own.

How much is a tent for the weekend? +
Tent packages cover the full weekend: Unfurnished £230, Basic £270, Luxury £310. Beds and bedding are chosen next in the booking and added on top, so a fully made-up four-person Basic setup comes to £530, around £133 each for the weekend.

How many nights does that cover? +
Glamping is available from noon on Thursday 6 August, and you leave on Sunday morning 9 August. Stay for one, two or three nights, the price is the same.

Toilets are provided within easy reach of the glamping tents.

Can 4 friends share one tent? +
Yes, and it brings the tent cost down to around £58pp for the weekend on Unfurnished. Each tent sleeps up to 4 guests and that is a strict limit.

Can a couple share? +
Yes. Two memory foam mattresses can be pushed together to make a king-size bed.

No. Dogs are not allowed in the glamping field.

Do I still need a festival ticket? +
Yes. Glamping is your accommodation, not your entry. Book your event ticket through the official Yorkshire Rock n Bike Show website.

Your event ticket, clothes, toiletries, a power bank and a warm layer for the evenings. Bedding only if you didn't add it to your booking.

What if it rains? +
Integrated groundsheets, sealed seams. We've never had a guest get rained on inside one.

Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the event. Inside 14 days your spot is locked in - if anything changes, message us and we'll do what we can.
