The look
Real beds, styled interiors and simple setups, so you know what you are booking.
Nobody peeling off to a Travelodge, everyone on the same field. Glamping keeps the whole group together all weekend.
Tents pitched next to each other, your own corner of the field. Tell us who to put you near.
Memory foam mattress, proper bedding, a tent that zips shut. A made-up bed, not a cold airbed you pumped yourself.
Your tent is inside the festival site, a short walk away. No taxi queue, no drive back to town.
Out by 11am Monday. Leave the tent standing, we take it from there.

We have pitched bell tent villages at Unity Fest and thousands more at weddings and festivals across the UK. We know how to lay out a field so your whole group stays together.
In the glamping area, a short walk from the stage, bars and activities. Inside the festival, not off-site.
Gates open noon, Friday 9 July. Your tent is up and named on the welcome board, so just walk in.
Tell us in the booking note who you want to be near and we will cluster your tents where we can.
Toilets on-site all weekend. Check the official Unity Fest site for showers and water at the new Shrewsbury site.
Festival ticket, a warm layer, power bank, torch. Bedding only if you did not add it. We handle the rest.
Music and the bar run late, and your bed is a short walk away. Stay for the last song.

Groups of 5 or 6 stay together in our 7m XL bell tent; pick 5 or 6 and we switch your tent over automatically.

No. The tent price buys the tent, pitched and waiting before you arrive, plus the styling on Luxury. Beds, bedding and towels are add-ons you choose in the booking: single airbed £15, double airbed £20, memory foam single mattress £30, bed frame £15, bedding set £20 per bed (double £40, king £55), towel pack £15 per person. Pick only what you want, or bring your own.
Unity Fest 2027 moves to the West Mid Showground in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. The festival runs Friday 9 to Monday 12 July 2027. Gates open at noon on the Friday and the site is vacated by 11am Monday.
Yes. Unity Fest was at Newark Showground in previous years and moves to the West Mid Showground in Shrewsbury for 2027. Our glamping is on the new site, pitched and ready before you arrive.
Tent packages for the full weekend: Unfurnished £220, Essentials £245, Luxury £290, 7m XL £330. Real beds and bedding are chosen next in the booking and added on top, so a fully made-up four-person Essentials setup comes to about £505, around £126 each for three nights.
Yes. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4, which brings the cost right down per person. The 7m XL sleeps up to 6. Strict limits for safety, but perfect for keeping your group in one tent.
Absolutely. Two memory foam mattresses push together to make a king-size bed. Add a king bedding set and it is made up before you arrive.
Yes, tell us in the booking note who you want to be near and we will do our best to pitch your tents together. Book around the same time to make it easier for us to cluster you.
No. We pitch the whole tent village before the festival and pack it down after, so tents are booked for the full weekend. Your tent is yours Friday through to Monday either way.
No power in the bell tents, and no electric hookups at Unity Fest 2027. Each tent has a battery camping light. Bring a power bank for phones.
Check-in: any time after gates open at noon on Friday 9 July. Your tent is pitched and waiting, find your name on the village welcome board. Check-out: 11am Monday 12 July. We pack down from there.
The tents have integrated groundsheets and sealed seams, built for British festival weather, and they zip fully shut. July nights are usually mild, and bedding sets include a proper duvet.
Pets in our bell tents need prior written consent. Email events@theglampinggroup.com and we will sort it, subject to the festival's own policy for the site.
Yes. Glamping is your accommodation, not your festival entry. Book your Unity Fest ticket and camping pass on the official Unity Fest site, then book your tent with us.
Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the festival. No refund inside 14 days. Full terms come with your booking confirmation.
Full refund or transfer to another event.
Friday 2 July 2027, 7 days before the festival. Tents often sell out before that, so the earlier you book the better your chance of getting the whole group together.
