Friday 11 June, 2pm to 9pm. Saturday 12 June, 8am to 2pm. No Friday check-in after 9pm.
Departure
Leave your glamping tent by 10am on Monday 14 June. Leave it standing and we take it down.
Bookings close
Bookings close Friday 4 June 2027, a week before the retreat, or sooner if the tents sell out.
Beds and bedding
Single memory foam mattress £30, single raised frame £15, single bedding £20. Choose your extras or bring your own.
Your stay
Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights are covered. Two nights or three cost the same. Extra Monday nights are not available in TGG glamping tents.
How booking works
Choose Essentials, Luxury or an unfurnished tent.
Up to 4 in a 5m tent. Five or six of you and we move you into the 7m XL automatically.
Memory foam beds, airbeds, bedding, towels. Only what you want.
Pay by card for instant confirmation.
Check in Friday 11 June, 2pm to 9pm, or Saturday 12 June, 8am to 2pm. Your tent is pitched and waiting.
Leave by 10am on Monday 14 June. Leave the tent standing and we take it down afterwards.

How much is a tent? +

Up to 4 in a 5m bell tent. The 7m XL sleeps 5 or 6.

Do I still need a Rhythm Retreat ticket? +
Yes. Glamping is where you sleep, not your entry. Get your pass on Skiddle, then book your tent here.

Do I need to book a camping pitch with Statfold as well? +
No. One £70 campsite pitch fee is included in each tent price. You must not buy a second pitch for the same glamping tent.

Which nights does it cover? +
Friday 11, Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 June 2027, with departure by 10am on Monday 14 June. Stay two nights or all three for the same price. Check in Friday 11 June from 2pm to 9pm, or Saturday 12 June from 8am to 2pm. No extra Monday night is available for TGG glamping. Any extra-day camping arrangements are only for bring-your-own tent pitches.

Is there power? +
No. Each tent has a battery camping light. Bring a power bank.

Can I change my booking after I've paid? +
Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to manage your booking, where you can add or swap extras.

What if I need to cancel? +
Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the retreat. No refund inside 14 days.
